She is here to help us learn how we can use the oils to get the maximum benefit for ourselves and for our kiddos. So welcome to the show, Denise. Oh my gosh. Thanks for having me, Jackie. I really appreciate it. It's good to be here. You are a wellness advocate for doTERRA oils. I have used another oils company for many, many years, but recently have been interested in doTERRA a little bit because the pricing is a little bit better, if I'm honest.

And I was fortunate enough to receive some samples from some of the products that are literally working like right away. So I'm just so happy to have you on so you can tell us more about all the products. Well, I'm really grateful that you give me the opportunity essential oils have absolutely changed my life, my family's lives. And I'm not sure what we would have done without it. So there are simple tools, but when used and when you create nice habits around them, they're very effective. So I'm glad that you're using the products. I'm glad you're enjoying them and they're working for you. They absolutely are. And I'm really curious. I mean, I know a little bit about your story and how you even were introduced to essential oils,

but just like you mentioned, they've really helped your family. So why don't you give us a little bit of background? Okay, sure. So I'm going to make it brief, but I have two kiddos.

Victoria's 24 now and Luke is 21. And when Luke was about four months old, I started noticing something was not right with him and brought him to the physician multiple times until we finally got a diagnosis. And the diagnosis was he had stage four neuroblastoma, which is a pediatric cancer. And we went through neuroblastoma for the first five years. So the doctors really guided us, right? I had no tools. I did the research. I talked to other parents, but I kept looking for natural products, whether that was yoga or meditation, but keep in mind, he was a very young child. So chiropractic work, acupuncture, things like that. And when he was five, I actually was introduced to essential oils and I was introduced to him by a lovely woman who helped me apply it to Luke's health issues and our health goals for him. I have to tell you, the oils changed my life completely in the way that I worked with Luke and the way that we all dealt with the issues that come up when you have a child being treated for cancer. And so it really empowered me to use them more frequently, keep him healthy from the get-go that I wouldn't have to let him go down and then have to bring them back to the doctor. It helped us get through fallout from treatments like upset stomachs or headaches. And, you know, five-year-olds don't have headaches.

That's not a normal thing. So for most five-year-olds, let me just say it that way. But if you're being treated and if you have medication on board, there are a lot of side effects. So the cool thing about essential oils is that there are side benefits to it.

So if his stomach was upset, guess what? The peppermint that might help ease his stomach, right? Calm his stomach also was really good for easing head tension. So it really worked beautifully without me even knowing.

And that's one of the best points. But another point that I love about essential oils is, and maybe the biggest, when you're using an essential oil and you're applying it to whether it's your child or another loved one and you're applying it with the intention that you're wanting to help them and support them. There's a bonding that happens that is really lovely. And whether it's the, you know, the touch, because a lot of times we don't actually touch people who are unwell. We try to keep them in this bubble. And so I found that it was always a lovely way to connect with Luke as he was going through things, especially when he was so very young and he did not speak yet. So really it's really, as he got older and older, beautiful. And now these are what my kids use. Lucky for me,

my children really don't like to swallow things. So they'll always grab an oil. But that's a little bit of the background of why I got into essential oils and how powerfully helpful they were to us. And why, when Luke was free and clear, and in the world like you and I, I thought, well, well, now what am I going to do? But, oh, that's what I'm going to do. I'm going to share these gifts with other people. So that's what started me. Yeah. Oh, I absolutely love that story, Denise. And, you know, I also love that you, you worked with the doctors, the doctors worked with you. You, uh, I mean, they, they helped really, they helped your son, uh, during that time. Like there's nothing that can replace that. Right. So you're not saying, oh, you just go essential oils and ditch the medical route. Okay. So please don't ever think that what essential oils can do for you is they boost your immune system and then your body can work, but you have to work hand in hand with your physicians when you're doing something this big. I really do because they know the science and you know, the body. So when you work together, it's so much better outcome.

And it's so, it's so much better. So even if it's, even if you're advocating for your child, You know your child because you're with them more often, but the physicians know the science and they know what's out there. And so that connection and that bond and that respect has to be there. I'm going to tell you that this one physician, and we have many, and just not physicians.

Oh my gosh, the nurses, the technicians, I mean, down to the cleaning people. I'm not kidding. They are so supportive and so amazing. And so I give really so much respect and love to all of them because without them, we couldn't have done this for Luke.

It was really a village, like everything else in our kid's life, right? It's a village. And so we have one physician, he's an oncologist, he's world renowned. He is absolutely one of the best humans on the planet.

And he would always say, you know, Denise will never do anything that takes away Luke's quality of life. So he wasn't planning on overtreating. And that made a lot of sense to me. And the oils really came in to not only help Luke, but the rest of you as well, right?

Oh, so beautifully because we had to stay healthy as well, right? When you have a low immune system, you're more susceptible to anything that's going around. So constantly Luke was, well, not constantly, he's a kid, but twice a day, I knew he had his oils upstairs on the back of the toilet bowl lid. And in the morning before he put his socks on, he'd apply the oils to the bottom of his feet. It's a really good way to enjoy all the benefits of the oils. And then the same thing when he would get ready for bed, he would take off his socks and apply these specific oils again. And this he did, right? He did. How old was he when he started doing that? So it was, he was about four and a half, five. I love hearing that because I think a lot of times parents are doing this for their kiddos, but we can teach them. Yes, they're oils and we need to teach them how to respect that. Right. And you don't want to get them in your eyes or any of that, but even at four and a half or five, when we teach our kids the benefits,

right? And they can start doing it on their own. Yeah. So I would say that as long as they're in your home and they're semi-supervised, four and a half, five is okay. And if they're used to the oils, I don't suggest that kids take them to school with them before they're like seven or eight, because you don't want them sharing them with other kids, really. You have to talk to parents.

It's, you know, and kids naturally say, oh, what are you doing? I want to try that. So, but at home, yes. And he, he already knew, I mean, he was really utilizing these products already.

So as long as you're working with your kiddos and they know, and I always suggest that when you're working with children or someone who's never tried oils, you have to use a carrier oil. We use fractionated coconut oil, right? So that really doesn't dilute the effectiveness, but it does the intensity. And so it's a good, it's a good rule of thumb, but we diffuse an awful lot in our home and always have Jackie. It's one of the best ways to receive all the benefits from essential oils. So there's diffusers that are specific to the doTERRA oils or just any diffuser works. Yeah. So you want a medical grade diffuser because they last longer. You can get it from doTERRA or you can get them online, but you really want something that the parts are going to last. And most diffusers last between a year and a half and two years, depending on how much you use them. Think about what you're doing when you're diffusing, they're landing on your skin.

And so you're taking it in that way. You're breathing it in. So it's, you know, opening up your, you know, your lungs. It's also you're breathing it in and it's going to your olfactory.

it's going through limbic system. That's the way it comes. It's a real, really so, so effective. Well, we have a lot to cover. I have some specific questions to ask you. And I wanted to start with the current climate in the world today around health with COVID with, and I think we've even forgotten about typical flu and strep and, you know, some of the allergies and different, we're We're not talking about those things as much, but what are some of the best practices for us to keep our immune system strong?

Oh my gosh, that's such a good question. And you're right. It is an interesting time, but it's always been, and we always should address our immune system. So like I said, essential oils in diffusion is one of the most absolute best ways, but you can't always be around a diffuser, right?

Right. So applying the oils are a beautiful way. And again, with a carrier oil like fractionated coconut oil, it's so powerful. And you can literally do it just a few times a day because essential oils have, when you think about the plants that come from the plants themselves, the oils benefit the plants.

So during drought, during pestilence, during flooding, right? The plants come back. If you think about trees, tree oils, keep the trees alive through the wintertime. Otherwise they would just kind of crack, crack over. So you have to know that these oils, the same thing they're doing for the plants or the trees that come from, they're benefiting our body.

And so aromatically brilliant, you know, that saying, go take a walk in the woods, right? To open, you open your mind or calm down or get clear. It's because of the tree oils. And so that's why you see a lot of tree oils in blends that are for calming or for clarity or for focus, because that's what, you know, that's what they do. So there's a lot of science behind this. So that's why we're always, always diffusing the power of aroma. People say, oh, that smells nice. Yeah, it does smell nice. But when you breathe it in, the power of the aroma actually affects your body so quickly and it can be really powerfully and really help people adapt to situations that they're unfamiliar with or nervous about. So they're, they're very powerful and that's in that whole connection to your limbic system, right? That's the start where chemical changes start to happen in our body. And so if you want to maintain mind and mood, or you want to maintain your health. These scents can really reinforce a sense of wellbeing, really.

Well, and that leads me into my next question because anxiety, stress levels, the amount of calls I get for parents who are just extremely stressed out, their kids are more anxious than ever. Anxiety and stress are big, hot topics right now. And without being too scientific, how do the oils help us? How can they impact us so that we can address our anxiety and stress?

Well, I think you're right. So I think the oils are, they go both ways, right? For the parents and for the children, because whether we realize it or not, and I think we all realize it, our kids are following us. So these oils, it's in the essential oil, in their chemistry, the actual chemistry, because each oil contains a unique and really powerful set of chemical constituents, right? That's what provides the therapeutic benefits. So again, think about how the plant oils help the plant. It's similar. So plant medicine was actually our original medicine and plants have been used for thousands of years in virtually every culture. So for, you know, a long time, that's all we had. And most medicines actually have their roots in plants.

So it's, it's a really interesting, this is what I love so much. And I won't get very sciencey. However, I'm going to say a little bit. Okay. When, when they're applied essential oils, again, they go directly into our cells. So they virtually go through our body, get into our bloodstream, go all through our body and actually help digestive systems, help your respiratory system, help your whole endocrine system, right? Just to calm and, and benefit in all different ways. And think about it when you're anxious, we stop breathing.

Like, have you ever been in a situation where anxious moment has passed and you take a deep breath and you think, oh my gosh, have I even, was I even breathing through that whole thing? No, because we stopped breathing, right? And the oxygen stops moving. And so we really close down, it's protective. But as a parent or a caregiver, how empowering is it to send your child off or talk to your child about an oil in the morning and apply it maybe to their pulse points and maybe to the bottom of their feet and say, this is going to set you up for the day. This is really going help you in that repeating that and them seeing how it works. I've seen children who are so anxious, literally calm down by reaching for the oil, their shoulders go down, their face softens,

everything softens. And it is such a beautiful thing to watch. And as a parent, I've seen it happen with my own kids. And so that the whole thing about our olfactory and our limbic system, I don't know, Jackie, if you have something that, or a scent that brings you right back to a specific situation in your life.

I have something in first grade, my first grade class was in front of an Abisko factory. And so when I smell chocolate chip cookies, I am right back in Miss Oak's class. I am literally right back there. I can see her.

I can see the class around me. this is what this is the power of our scent memory and so again if you're if you're saying to yourself and creating a habit this roll-on is going to help me this roll-on is going to help me calm down it does just exactly that because you're creating the habit but also because of the chemical constituents and the way our limbic system works in our body i can remember sense too even like fresh clothes hanging on the line. I thought smell lilacs going to grandma's house. And anytime I smell a lilac, I instantly think of my grandmother as a child.

And is it calming to you? Oh yes. And it just brings a smile to my face. Just remembering being able to go visit her on the, on the farm and, and the setting, I can visualize it all. And it just, it just brings me back to, you know, the easier times being a little kiddo growing up, right? So what are some oils that you would recommend or that you suggest or that people find benefit from with regards to anxiety and stress?

So we have a couple of things that I really, really love. And I, they're my go-tos, you know, not everyone feels the same way about every oil. And so with kids, I actually like if the parent wants to use oils for the kids, I really like the kids to be a part of it because I feel like they, when they have a choice, they're going to use it more. So I like, I like that. There's a system we have called the Aroma Touch Technique. It's a full body system, but you can also do it on their hands in like two minutes. My kids love this. It is a series of eight oils and they really address, they address stress and anxiety. They address inflammation in the body. They address the immune system and they address balance homeostasis. And so it's a really nice way again, to touch the child and really bond with them and have a conversation to it, or just let them rest.

But in that connection, it's beautiful. Now, if you're going to give someone something to take with them, we have this series of three products. It's called adaptive. Adaptive has a roll on. It It has a oil that you can diffuse and it has capsules.

Now you never have to take essential oils orally if you don't want to, because again, they work perfectly applied or diffused. Sometimes things work better inside out than outside in, but that's another conversation. Adaptive has been clinically trialed for as young as 11 year old and above to come during a stressful period. to help with depression and anxiety.

And it is such a beautiful combination of oils. And I love the roll-on again, because I like something that you can do discreetly, just roll it on your wrists, roll it on your throat by your carotid arteries, right? Where your pulse points are. And maybe on the bottom of your feet, if you're able to, maybe that's the beginning of the day for a young child.

But this oil is beautiful for everyone to use. Now, if you're thinking about something like ADD, ADHD, you know, that kind of brings on a different kind of anxiety because in our society, what do we tell kids? Sit down, sit down, sit down. And actually, those children move to concentrate.

I listened to a really beautiful presentation from the director of the Yellen Center in New York City, and he just opened my mind that I could really understand what these kids are feeling and what, you know, what society is telling to do is actually going against their natural inclination, right, to soothe themselves. And that's what this is all about, being able to soothe yourself. So another, we have some beautiful blends for kids.

One's called Courage. One's called Thinker. I think the Thinker is a really beautiful blend if you're in that situation where you're trying to calm yourself so you can concentrate. We have another one called In Tune, which is a little stronger, but also beautiful for that situation.

So there are multiple oils. But I would say you could use lavender. It's a really great calming oil. You know, lavender is the Swiss army knife of the essential oil world.

It's really calming. You can use something we have called balance, which is just these really great combination of woody oils. Again, calming, clarifying, really lovely. It's the one I usually diffuse when I'm talking to people because it makes my mind stay on track.

So there's a lot, there's several different ones, but there are specific ones for kids that are really terrific that I would, you know, I could do a whole show just on them, Jackie. Yeah, I bet. I bet. And so that said, are there oils we don't want to use with kids?

You can use oils with kids of all ages. You can use oils as soon as a baby comes into the world, but with good sense. Right. Right.

So there's three or four oils that the first year of life, I say use, they're safe, they're helpful. They're, you know, things like stomach issues. We come out, we're not fully developed, right? Some kids take longer.

Some have a lot of digestive issues. So there are oils that you can highly dilute for infants and use, but that's like four or five oils. Once they hit one and they're about 24 pounds, then you can start really using oils. And again, using oils where the kids cannot get to them, right?

So maybe that's on their spine, on their back, especially if they're congested or something, your lungs are both sides. So it's really helpful. What you want to avoid is a child having a bad experience. You don't want them to touch an oil and then put their finger in their eye and then it burn.

It's not going to hurt their eye, but it is going to burn. And that's going to make them less likely to accept that from you the next time, right? But can you imagine there's a cranky toddler, and this has happened to me so many times. I'll be on a plane and there's a cranky toddler.

The baby doesn't bother me. it's probably not bothering two thirds of the plane either. It's the parent who's getting stressed, right? Cause they really want everyone to be having a nice flight and they don't want to be bothered. I have literally gone, put lavender on my hand and gone past the seat and just touched the lavender to the top of the seat. And I'm not kidding, Jackie, within four or five minutes, it gets very quiet over there. It's so fun. It is so fun to see. And I I'll tell the person next to me. If I don't even know them, I'll tell them, I'm going to watch this and I'll get back, get back in the look of me and go, what did you do? But another good age is toddlers. Toddlers respond to oils really, really well. They just do. It's a great age to introduce them and it's a good tool. It's safe. It's natural. It's really beneficial. So I love that when people start,

when parents start really early, you know, we, we see our personalities of our children, right? We know when they're, what frustrates them or what causes them anxiety. And if we can just like with ourselves, head that off and soften that everyone does better. It just is better all around and you want kids to self-soothe. You want them to be able to know there's something that will take them out of feeling badly. Listen, you know, my 24 year old has gone through phases where it's not a phase. And I know I'm not dismissing this in any way where she does get anxious. She is such a capable human being. I just am in awe of her every single day. I truly am. But there are times when she gets anxious and she knows exactly what to use to put her back in a zone where she can be productive and, and be calm. And, and to me, that's a gift.

Right. And just grounded, right? So it's been too long since I've used oils. I need to start getting back into that. You forget sometimes when you're feeling good and, you know, things are going well, we sort of forget and we get off track, but you have, I mean, a lot of this with the diffuser, if you're just using it all the time, I can imagine that's going to help your whole family with immunity. Absolutely. Going in and out of cold and flu seasons and all of that.

Oh my gosh. Jackie, from the beginning of school, like the first day of school in September, I used On Guard nonstop. You know, the kids are out and about and they're picking up all kinds of, you know, new germs as they're getting familiar to their classmates and windows are closing. Right. And, and so they're in their hands, they're in their clothes, they breathe them in. And so I would just literally diffuse on guard for about the first hour when they got home. And then when they switched over to homework, I would do like peppermint and wild orange or something that is better for, you know, to wake them up and wake their brain up and, and get them into an easier and more open mindset to do their homework.

It was, and they never, you know what? They never said, oh, I know what you're doing, mom. They just, they loved it. It didn't even, it didn't even faze them.

But I do like children to be able to pick what they want to diffuse as well. I think it's a really cool way of getting them involved. And as they get older, it certainly is. I'll say to Luke all the time, that's my 21 year old.

I'll say, Luke, put something on in the, you know, in the family room. And he'll say, what? I go, you pick. Even at 21, I'm like, no, no, no, you pick.

Find something that you really like. So teach them young and it just becomes a natural thing to do. But you're right. People do take, you know, I feel good.

Oh, I won't use that. You don't think of using it right away. But if you pair it with a habit, Jackie, and you know this, pair it with a habit like brushing your teeth. even, even men. I mean, my husband uses balance every morning. He puts it by where he shaves, right? It's like an aftershave for him. What I like about the products to what I was going to say is that with kids, so we talk about needing to put a carrier oil in the oil, but that's what the roll-ons come ready to put on. Correct. Kiddos don't have to touch them. The carrier oil is right included in that, right? Correct. And so the roll-ons are really a good way. If you're going to allow your kiddos to, or teach your kiddos to, to use the oils, the roll-ons are kind of the way to go. Oh, well, I, I love that. I do because it makes them more independent. They can carry them with them and the kids rolls, cause they have a set of seven oils, oil blends that are in roll-ons and they're just for children. And they're not just for children. They're made really for children.

And so what does that mean? So they've taken a, they've taken like our on guard that has, you know, clove and rosemary and wild orange and cinnamon, which there are hot oils. They've taken that. And instead of using those oils, they've used something lesser, lesser aroma and lesser, not hot at all. So that the kids are really more attracted to it than they would be on guard.

right so they've made sure like their digest their just digest and blend for children's called tamer right and it has spearmint instead of peppermint because peppermint's really strong right spearmint is what you find in gums and things like that because it's not as strong it's more flavorful flavorful and so when they smell it they're like oh yeah i like this smell and so that's what they've taking into account the, the blends themselves are incredibly effective, but they, the kids like the smell. And so they'll use them and they're all in roll-ons, which is brilliant. So they all have fractionated coconut oil, simple to use. And they even come when you buy the set, they come in a little case, they have little carabiners that, you know, fit right on them. They can cook them onto their backpack or their lunchbox or whatever. That is so neat. And again, teach them young,

get them interested. And there could be just so many it's immunity. It's, um, helping them calm throughout the day or helping them wake up, um, and be energized to be able to do the homework and have some clarity. Right. And not be like, Oh, I'm just tired. And I don't want to do this. Um, it actually awakens their senses and gets them ready to complete a project, a chore or homework. Absolutely. It absolutely does. And again, it's that connection, right? They're reaching for it. And this is going to help me think more clearly to do my homework. This is going to make my stomach feel better. This is going to boost my immune system. Because I would love for kids to know that your immune system is always working, but you can always make it better and make it stronger. But not to the fear that's out there right now is unfortunate,

because your body is an amazing, amazing design. It just is. And even in spite of ourselves, it keeps working, it keeps protecting us. But if you're feeding it right and you're exercising right and you're getting good sleep and you're drinking a lot of water, the oils honestly just help boost all of that.

It helps you sleep better, right? It takes away, I mean, think of the growing pains for kids. It helps with that. We have a lot of young athletes.

If they can feel better about going on to the court or going onto the field, whatever their sport is, if they're feeling better and they're not anxious, their immune system is going to be more available to them and stronger anyway. They're all interconnected. And I wish kids, I wish they understood this. well and I just think with the athletes too after a long workout I mean our son's 17 now and so um he's really into big working out and and doing a lot more and uh besides uh hockey he's also in baseball and sweating in the summer and all that and I'm thinking hmm should be using these oils because if nothing else he'll smell better no oh my gosh I just got the best recipe called stinky armpit and it is so awesome. And it's just a few oils put together and you put them in a mason jar with some witch hazel and the little makeup pads, and they can literally grab them,

rinse off their face or under arms, and then go out. Cause you know, they're not going to take another shower in between. Well, my kids aren't right. Well, and sometimes they can't, I mean, I know our kid will sometimes can shower after hockey and then he heads out to work, but you know, sometimes there's not that luxury or he's hanging with friends and then has to head into hockey. And then to where, I mean, it's just, yeah, it's sometimes the, the option to take a shower in between activities isn't available. And so I think that's a, that's a great resource.

I want to get back to that. The oils are great for the immunity, the anxiety, the stress, all those things. They're also good for connection and the touch. And so going back to the beginning of this conversation, Denise, when you talked about just that time that you have with your kiddos and you can touch them, whether they're dealing with a health issue or they're anxious, that ability to be able to touch their feet, massage their hands is so important to connection.

So tell us a little bit, you've had some personal experiences with your son, but also with your daughter and how beneficial that was in her teen years to be able to use the oils and connect with her. Yeah. This is a really big part of our lives and how we really handle the anxiety. Because can you imagine being the older sibling of a child whose life is in peril? It was not easy for her, but she's a very calm, even keeled person, but it still was not easy. And so around seventh grade when Luke was actually out of harm's way a little bit. It must have been her turn to kind of say, me, me, me, right? And she had terrible anxiety. We couldn't get her into school.

We couldn't get her down the stairs. She would sit in the car a half hour before she would even go into school. The principal would come out and sit with her. And then she'd go to the nurse's office.

And it was a, it really was a, we were so blessed with the people who were in her life at that time. But I researched a few oils and I came up with six oils. It was a set of six oils that were really known for helping with extreme anxiety and stress. And we applied them every morning and every night.

She and I, I would apply it down her spine. And at that point we would talk and, you know, she would share some things with me, not a lot still, but we did this for months and we brought in someone who, you know, we brought her to someone who could really walk her through things and talk to her. She needed a therapist. There were things that she didn't want to share with us.

And she wanted to share with, you know, an impartial person, which it worked out beautifully. It really helped her. But the oils really worked so well. you could see again, her shoulders coming down the tension going out of her body. You could hear her and feel her open up a little bit more with what she was sharing with me. And so we did this for months, probably three or four. And then it went down to one time because she didn't feel it was necessary. And then eventually she said, mom, you know what? I'm just going to make a blend of all those oils and I'm going to put them on when I need them. And so it was, yeah, yeah. It was a really good tool for her. And you know, when you're a parent in that situation, you feel helpless,

right? You see your child hurting, you really feel helpless. These oils are empowering because you really can step in and at least offer a tool. Right. Well, and like you said, it takes a village.

It does. It absolutely does. And I'm so grateful for all the people who've always been in our, our village. They're incredibly supportive and loving.

So great. Well, Denise, there's so much more we could talk about. I mean, we could go on and on. I'm going to definitely have a link in the show notes for how parents can check into the doTERRA oils and the tools and things that you have, but also you are, you are on Facebook, LinkedIn, and parents could also call and do a free wellness check-in with you. So tell us more about that.

Oh, yeah. So I have always offered people a free half hour to describe what they're looking to achieve as a goal or what they're dealing with currently and see if I can provide them with products or resources. It's not always just me. I am connected to a beautiful network of natural health care providers.

And it's important for them to get the right help. And so it's my pleasure always to chat with people and find out where they are, where their kids are, what they're really looking for. And in most cases, like I said before, I like to include the children if they really want oils for their kiddos, because it's important for the kids to choose. So yeah, it's a half hour.

It's them asking their own questions. And it's kind of fun for kids to learn about all of this too. And so those connection calls with you can be done via Zoom, pretty much globally, right? Everywhere.

Yes. Well, you are just a new dear friend of mine and I appreciate your time so much and all your expertise. You've had personal experience with the oils and now you're just doing the best thing ever by sharing your experience with other people and helping them see just all the benefits. It's not an end or right.

It isn't. It's medical and it's, and it's alternative and it's natural and it's all of those coming together and, and, uh, and working together. So I just creating that village and I absolutely just love that. So yeah, integration is a great word and it, and people benefit from bringing in all these rich and beautiful practices as long as they resonate with them.

So it's, it really is, um, for me, it's fun, but I want to thank you because this has been lovely. I've had a great time and I really enjoy, um, speaking with you and, and your support and your enthusiasm. So thank you so much. I want to definitely have you speak on our show on win-win women so that, um, yeah, tell us a little bit about win-win women so we can have, uh, we can connect other people to that resource as well.

Oh, that it's such a neat project. It's a global network. It's shown on Roku and Apple TV. And it's women from all around the world offering, you know, their expertise in the areas that they really thrive and are passionate about.

It was started by Paula Fellingham and it's called Win Win Women. You can just go to winwinwomen.com and you can look up any show. Right now, there are about 55 shows.

Our show, I do it with my business partner, Carrie Donegan, is called What's the Takeaway? And it's a play on words because what we do is we talk about different subjects, but we take three, we give you three options to take things off your plate, to give you more time for more fulfillment and following your passion. Instead of, we don't add to it, we subtract it. You get to subtract one of the three that we offer. And it's super fun. We are on at four o'clock on Tuesdays every week. Four o'clock. Is that Eastern? It is Eastern time. Thank you.

That is so cool. I'm going to put that link in the show notes as well. My pleasure. Oh my gosh, so much fun. Thank you. Thank you.
