Terms of Service
Last updated: July 12, 2026
1. Who we are, and what these terms cover
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Hello World, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company doing business as No Problem Parenting ("NPP," "we," "us"). They cover everything we run under the No Problem Parenting name (together, the "Services"): our website at noproblemparents.com, our member web app at app.noproblemparents.com, our mobile app, our newsletters, and our community, courses, and coaching features, including Celia, our AI assistant.
The technology behind the Services is built and operated on our behalf by LaunchFamily, Inc. ("Launched"), our platform provider.
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@noproblemparents.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Memberships, trials, and billing
- Price. Membership is $29/month, plus any applicable taxes. Pricing and plan details shown at signup control if they differ from this section.
- Free trial. New members get a 14-day free trial. You provide a payment method at signup, and your subscription starts automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends. We tell you the trial end date at signup.
- Automatic renewal. Your membership renews automatically each month until you cancel.
- Cancellation. You can cancel at any time in your account settings or by emailing hello@noproblemparents.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
- Refunds. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable and we don't give credits for partial billing periods. If you think you've been billed in error, contact us and we'll make it right.
- Price changes. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before a price change takes effect; it applies from your next renewal after that.
- Payment processing. Payments are processed by Stripe; your payment information is handled under Stripe's terms and our Privacy Policy.
4. Celia — the AI assistant
Celia gives educational parenting guidance based on Jaci Finneman's methodology, generated with artificial intelligence. Please understand what that means:
- Not professional advice. Celia and the Services do not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or other professional advice, and using them does not create a doctor–patient, therapist–client, or any other professional relationship. Content is educational and general in nature. For concerns about your child's health, development, or safety — or your own — consult a qualified professional.
- AI has limits. Celia's responses are generated by AI and can be incomplete or wrong. Use your own judgment about what fits your family.
- ⚠ Not for emergencies. If you or anyone else is in danger or having an emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number). For a mental-health crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). Celia may point you to crisis resources when a conversation suggests risk, but it cannot call anyone, notify authorities, or take any action on your behalf, and conversations are not monitored in real time by people.
5. Community and your content
Our community spaces let members post and respond. You own the content you post. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and share it as needed to operate the Services (for example, showing your post to other members).
Community rules: be respectful; don't post content that is unlawful, harassing, or harmful; don't share other people's private information — especially identifying details about other people's children; don't post spam or promotions. Posts in community spaces are visible to other members, so share thoughtfully. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Services. That includes: attempting to breach or disrupt them; scraping or harvesting data; reverse engineering; reselling or sublicensing access; impersonating others; using automated tools to access the Services; or using them to build a competing product.
7. Intellectual property
The No Problem Parenting name, brand, methodology, courses, and coaching content are owned by Hello World, LLC. The software platform is owned by LaunchFamily, Inc. Your membership gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Services and access the content while you're a member. Don't copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any of it without written permission.
8. Mobile app and app stores
If you download our mobile app from an app marketplace (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play), the marketplace's terms also apply to your download. The marketplace is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app — we are responsible for the app and its content, not the marketplace operator.
9. Third-party services
The Services rely on third-party providers (like Stripe for payments) and may link to third-party sites. We're not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Parenting outcomes depend on many factors — we don't promise any particular result from coaching, courses, or Celia. We don't guarantee the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) neither Hello World, LLC nor its platform provider will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data; and (b) our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you; nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Your responsibility
You agree to be responsible for claims arising from content you post or your violation of these Terms, and to indemnify us against third-party claims caused by either.
13. Termination
You can stop using the Services or delete your account at any time (Section 3 covers what happens to billing). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with a refund of any prepaid, unused period if we terminate without cause. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 4, 7, and 10–14) survive termination.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at hello@noproblemparents.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we'll notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms; if you don't, stop using the Services and cancel your membership.
