Parenting has become harder than ever. Combine the pandemic, extreme anxiety, cell phones, and social media, and many parents are at a complete loss for what to do next and fearful to make mistakes.

We created the book, No-Problem Parentig™; Raising Your Kiddos with More Confidence and Less Fear to help parents off the fear bus and gain confidence in your parenting!

The book features 21 authors who share how they are helping parents and kids become confident and kick fear to the curb.

“How do you parent with confidence when problems trigger uncertainty and fear? Insecure parents hover over, give in and feel sorry for their children,” says Finneman. “I designed my book to show parents how it is possible to be the expert of their child while accessing outside support from niched experts who understand the vital role of parents in their child’s lives. This book will inspire parents and provide education and a new perspective that will have parents feeling confident in areas of parenting where they otherwise felt insecure.”

Many parents ask Finneman, “Why isn’t my parenting working”? She suggests that the answer is often one of three things:

1)    You’re being too nice.

2)    You’re being too mean.

3)    You’re trying to solve a problem that you’re not skilled at and attempting to go it alone.

Finneman hopes that her book also helps those who unexpectantly become a parent or accept the responsibility of caring for a child that needs a parent, to address worry and doubt.

no problem parenting raising your kids with more confidence and less fear because you guys parenting has become harder than ever I know it sounds cliche it's really not combine the pandemic extreme anxiety cell phones social media and all of you all of us are at a complete loss for what to do next and sometimes we're fearful to make mistakes are we doing it right and oftentimes we should on ourselves should we do this should we do that well I for one want off the fear bus and so that is why I have brought this book to life. Me and 21 authors, can you even believe that? 21 other authors have joined me in this compilation book. And the really fun thing is 36 other authors wanted to be in the book. It just wasn't good timing. We had a massive turnaround for this book.

I got the idea in May talking to a really good friend of mine, Dawn Cermak from Hey Taxi, and I was talking to her about wanting to do a compilation book and somebody had reached out to me to ask if I wanted to be to do a chapter in their book and I was like you know I don't know it's more like their book is more like for business-minded people and you know resources and things for that and I thought it just didn't really resonate with me or didn't fit for me and so Don said well Jackie why don't you write your own book and I was like oh yeah why don't I well because I don't know what the heck I'm doing. I've never written a book. I've got my no problem parenting book in the works, but I still have a lot of editing to do on that. And I didn't really know how to coordinate a collaboration book. And she said, well, you've got to meet Lil Barkaski of GWN. She is amazing and I know she can help you. So literally a couple of days later,

Lil and I connected and we met and we talked for about two hours. And then we met again that Saturday for a couple more hours. And Lil just really listened to me, to my intent, my passion for helping families. She knew I didn't want this book to be salesy. I wanted it to actually offer value and bring value into families' homes so that parents could open a chapter that fit them and that resonated with something that they were going through. And then they would have that resource. They could reach out to that author and learn more. And maybe that author would be a good fit for them their family so little heard all of that one of the first things she said was Jackie I really want to work on your logo and I was like hey have at it you know I I've switched my logo a couple different times and you know it just never really felt exactly right for this no problem parenting brand and I talked to her about you know what it's what my thoughts were on no problem parenting you know from the time that we are nesting whether we're pregnant ready to deliver a baby ourselves or we're adopting a child I just there's that nesting period where you go through and you're you know you're super nervous and you're trying to get all prepared and then you're finally prepared and then you're feeling super confident and then you have that baby or you bring that child home and you're like oh now what do I do I mean I

did it myself and I was a counselor for 20 years I remember bringing our son home and my husband and I you know he's in the little car seat and we bring him in and we set him down and I looked at my husband he looked at me and we're like now what do we do I mean like why how could they send this tiny little baby home with us and uh and I said now what do we do and my husband goes well I thought you knew I mean it's just parenting is just it is what it is and we don't know what we don't know until we know it and so this book is here to help you get off of all things fear build up your confidence because as I say our kids crave our confident leadership we are the experts on our child but we don't have to know everything. We can reach out. So how do you parent with confidence when problems trigger uncertainty and fear? You know, insecure parents hover over, they give in, and they feel sorry for their children.
