It is Wellness Wednesday and I have brought on a very special guest with me today. I'd like you to meet Keri Donegan. She's a dynamic speaker, a best-selling author, and a co-owner of a consultancy group that's focused on health and wellness. She has a passion for bridging traditional and modern medicine, and Keri's journey has taken her from international affairs to cultural conservation and now to exploring the power of essential oils in her latest book that she and Elena Yordan co-authored called Essential Oils Healthcare for today. Alongside her diverse experiences in education, language programs, and philanthropy, Keri brings a unique perspective to holistic wellness, and that's why I wanted to have her on the show here today. Welcome, Keri. Thank you, Jackie. I'm so happy to be here. This is quite an honor. I've followed your work for quite some time, and it's really exciting to be here. Thank you. Well, you're welcome. I'm honored to have you here today. Denise Schwendeman,
actually connected me with you. She was on episode 75 of the podcast talking about her family story and how essential oils really supported them during their difficult journey, health journey, her son's difficult health journey, but really the entire family. And so I've gotten to know Denise over the last few years. And I'd actually said to her, you know, Denise, I use these particular oils I haven't ordered in years. I really am not a fan of the company. And I noticed hear doTERRA in the background. We were on like a networking meeting and I said, I've never used doTERRA. Tell me more. And she's so natural about how she talks about the oils and the benefits and the uses. I just became more and more intrigued and now I'm all in. And I found a home again because I've used oils for 27 years, I think. But I really wanted to kind of start with you and we're a parenting podcast. So what is it about the oils? Tell us a little bit about your parenting and oil story? Oh, absolutely. In fact, I would say parenting was the fuel that led this rocket ship up into the air and really exploded in a way that I never anticipated. I stumbled upon essential oils actually in a mom's meeting. So there we go back to parenting again.
And there I had lost my hearing and I was sitting next to this lovely mother, two small kids, two and four. And, you know, she said to me, have you ever tried essential oils? And in my arrogance, I kind of scoffed and said, no, you don't understand. I have a real health issue.
You know, like you can keep your spa products to yourself. Hopefully I wasn't as rude as I remember myself being. But at any rate, she finally found what I call an intersection point. So we had this conversation.
And at one point she said to me, well, tell me about your struggle. And I said, you know, I'm irritated all the time. I don't want to take it out on my kids. I can't sleep.
I'm short with my husband. I just don't feel, I'm always in pain. The doctors can't help me. I don't know what I'm going to do.
And she said to me, all right, well, let's take curing your health issue off the table. But would you consider using essential oils for relaxation purposes, to take a warm bath, to rub on your feet at night, maybe to breathe with a diffuser and help you calm, maybe even calm your children. And I was like, well, I'm not putting anything near my kids, right? Because sacred space, right? Bubbles around your little babies. And, um, but it did make sense to me that maybe there was a spa product out there that could help me relax. And lo and behold, she found a back door and she told me to put the oils behind my ears, like perfume, you know, people put dab oils behind their ears. So what I didn't realize she was doing at the time was incorporating a group of products that was going to actually help me with my hearing loss. And lo and behold, 90 days later, and that's a really important thing for me in my life right now,
this 90 day period, my hearing was completely restored, went back to the doctor, couldn't explain it. He said, whatever you're doing, keep on doing it. And I have a research background. So I dug into the studies. There wasn't much at the time, this is going back almost 20 years ago. And, um, but of course parenting, right. So since it worked for me, what could I do with my kids? Right. Like all of a sudden there was whole world of possibilities opened up. And I had one son who was very resistant to medication. He used to vomit a lot.
The doctors and I were always going in circles, like, how do we get even like a Tylenol in this kid? And, you know, I don't even want to go into the ways that you can get medicine into kids, But just let's say we tried them all, most of them very uncomfortable. And my daughter had an allergic reaction to antibiotics. So all of a sudden, I had these two kids who were not responding well to medicine.
And I had this new modality that was working for me. So I thought, why not? Now, in my head, as a wife and a mother who was full of enthusiasm, you know, like a convert, I sat down with my husband at dinner and I said, you know, this is working for me. This is great.
He goes, what's working? Like, he didn't even really understand what I was doing. And then I launched on him that when our kids get sick or when they need something, I'm going to try essential oils and to which he promptly respond like over my dead body. Like, it's OK that you're playing with yourself, but you're not going to play with our kids.
And I have no idea what's gotten into your head, but get it out of your head. So I kind of put it on the back burner and I made the mistake of trying it on my husband. And so one night when he had a headache, I literally like, you know, said, come here, I'll sit behind you. I'm going to rub your temples, which of course any man would love.
But I had peppermint on my fingers and I got it too close to his eyes. And so my big moment to try to convert him was not only dashed, but he was like screaming in pain. Was I blinding him? He ran upstairs.
He jumped into the shower, which of course is the worst thing to do with essential oils because water and oils don't mix. It made it so much worse. And now he was literally like screaming from the shower. And I thought, do I have to call an ambulance?
Like, what have I done? Luckily, you know, he calmed down, the eyes calmed down, the peppermint calmed down. And I kind of sheepishly like retreated into my essential oil shell. And I thought, well, that didn't go so well.
Maybe I need another approach. I don't know. As kids happen, a few months later, they fell sick, right? Kids get sick, whatever.
And I was like, okay, I'm ready. I'm going to do this essential oil thing again. And so I got out my books and I got out my oils and I creeped into my son's room and I started, you know, cause he was the one that really couldn't take anything. And I started to massage his feet and apply oils to his spine. And he reacted so beautifully. He was like, mom, this feels so good. It smells so good. And my husband who started to smell something comes like running down the hallway and he's like, what are you doing? And I said, well, look, there's this book and I'm trying this. And he said, didn't we have a conversation about this already? And of course, you know, that was not the best wife moment.
And so I bargained with him and I said, okay, can you give me three days? If you give me three days and I can get this kid feeling better, cause you know, he can't take Tylenol and you know, he doesn't, he throws up with medicine and you know, you know, he's like, or he goes, you have three days. And in three days I am calling the doctor. And I said, deal. And I literally stayed up that whole night and put oils on my son because I was bound and determined to get this thing to work. I really believed in my heart and heart of hearts that this was a viable option for, you know, a very mild cold, right? We weren't talking about something he needed to be hospitalized for, we weren't talking about, you know, like raging fevers or huge rashes. This was just like the everyday bumps and bruises kind of things that kids suffer with. And they do suffer,
you know, but they kind of go through and I didn't want my son to suffer. And I certainly didn't want my daughter to suffer either. It was almost to the hour that my son literally jumped up and ran outside and started to play basketball. And my son and my husband was like, you got lucky this time. And, and I have to say there were many other moments like this and it took three years, three years of consistently using the oils, three years of educating my husband, bringing in outside sources, people he trusted. You know, we had a very good friend in the pharmaceutical industry who looked at the oils with a very cautious but open mind.
His wife now works with me and helps share oils with other parents and other children. And she raised her son with the oils. We kind of did it together. So it took more than just me to convince my husband. Sometimes you're not a prophet in your own town, right? But the proof was in the experience and in the results. And so that became the cornerstone of my parenting when we were dealing with physical issues, emotional issues, you know, even disappointments coming home from school with a bad grade. I don't know. Somebody at school made fun of me. You know, nobody talked to me at the lunch in the lunchroom to I can't sleep. I'm nervous. I have a test tomorrow to, I have a really bad sunburn or sore throat, like all these little things that parents run into all the time, even lice. I became the lice mom. It's like, where's your lice spray? And it was wonderful to have tools immediately. I mean, we always had the doctor on speed dial. We have a great relationship with our physician. She was really impressed with some of the things that we did proactively. She was very supportive. I ended up even writing a chapter of a book for what became our pediatrician. He's an MD. And it was just, his name is Larry Rosen. He's in New Jersey.
But it just became a good partnership. It wasn't that we were rejecting Western medicine. It was that we were trying to see what nature could provide first and see what we could do moving forward. And I have to say, I have a 20, almost 23 and 21 year old now. Neither of them have had antibiotics, which is just a grace, right? Because I know a lot of other kids had no choice. And neither one of them had like major ear infections. My son played football in high school and college. And my daughter's an athlete. She's an athlete now in school.
uh but we always have the doctor ready but we always have our oils first i guess is well and i think that's my journey i think that's really important because i'm i've lived that that way in my life too it's not a this or that it's bringing the worlds together because i think there's a lot i think doctors even appreciate it when you can find some things to keep your immunity up and to keep your emotions regulated and keep your just, you know, attitude and self-regard and self-esteem and all of that as nurtured and cared for as possible. Because of course, we know that when we have emotional hardships, it does affect our physical health. And so there's a lot I want to get into today. Before we start talking about some of those specifics, though, you've actually written, co-authored a couple of books. And so maybe what inspired you to write the latest book,
Essential Oils Healthcare for Today? And what do you hope readers are going to take from it? Who is it designed for? Yeah, so it's designed for the everyday reader, for the person who's never heard of essential oils before, or even someone who has, who's just looking for, you know, easy information all in one place. I really wrote the book for myself, if you will, because there wasn't that book out there at the time. So it was every time a new issue came up, it meant I had to go to PubMed or I had to dig into some antiquated books or I had to go to some resources that I really wasn't sure that I trusted. So the first book was literally three years of interviewing people who used oils. I literally would call people and say, what have you used oils for?
How did you use it? And then I kind of kept like a diagram of crossovers, right? So 20 people used it for this successfully, 40 people use that successfully. And I had all this data and I met a woman, Eleni or Dan, and her children had an issue with like a long-term recurring illness that oils helped her. And she had a background in business and banking and marketing. And she said, why don't we take all this data that you have and turn it into an easy to use reference tool for people? So that was in 2010. I never thought in my wildest dreams, I would write a book.
It was so much fun. We actually had a book launch in a Disney world in Florida, which, you know, for fun is that, you know, like for when your kids are around, they're like, wow, mom was good. It was more about Disney than it was about the book. But I have to say, after that, some of the information about essential oils just exploded.
It was like we were in the right place at the right time. And so in 2013, we discovered a company called doTERRA, which we didn't know very much about at the time. But one of the things we saw was that they were doing things differently. They were taking the essential oil modality and bringing it into the everyday home, making it easy, making it easy to use, understand, and also cost effective.
So when I say to people the key points that oils hit and the reason that prompted the book was I could offer something that was safe, that was easy to use, and it was cost effective. And I think for the great majority of parents, you know, being able to find something that you trust at a good price point becomes invaluable, especially now we're running into an inflationary period. And so that was the audience we were writing for.
And that's the book that we wrote. So we took the top 50 health issues, both for kids and for parents, because it's a family affair, right? Like it's, there's no point in helping your kids if you're sick all the time, right? No one, nothing is worse than when you're the sick parent, right?
And you have these kids who still have lives that are going on. So it has to be both. It's not one or the other. You know, sometimes parents like to spill out all of their resources onto their children and they're left empty.
We wanted to write a book that supported the parent, that supported the child. And then it ripples, right? Because when your child is highly functioning, then teachers have an easier job. You know, their friends are also, you know, happier, right?
So it kind of has this great ripple effect. So that was our purpose in writing the book. And it has been, you know, honestly, to our surprise, so well received beyond what we thought, that there was a real need for something easy. And we break it into a 90 day plan. And the reason I mentioned that earlier in the podcast, and I'm going to mention it again, is I think we're also in a world where people look for quick fixes. And my experience states that they're not really out there. I haven't found one. Trust me, if I could find a really quick fix, that would be my next book.
Right. Here's your quick fix reference guide. But the truth is, you know, consistent use over 90 days will make a cellular change and that cellular change becomes permanent. And with that, you are stronger and more able to deal with whatever it is that you were supporting.
I really like the way the book is laid out because of that very fact. It takes a while to create new habits, new routines, things like that. So the way you've laid it out with like, try this for 90 days. I think that's really key.
Getting a routine and incorporating the stuff on a regular basis is can be a little tricky, but once it becomes habit, it's just an everyday part of your life. Since meeting Denise, I had shared a few of my maybe challenges and things that I've heard or some of them that I had to overcome when first starting to use oils. And it's kind of like, okay, so do we use them every day? How do we use them every day?
Why do we use them every day? Do we only use them when we're not feeling well? You know, and then what ones are safe for our kids? What are safer for our kids?
And what are some particular things that I need to be doing for myself? So Denise said, well, hey, what are your key areas that you hear from parents most often, the most common things that parents are struggling with? And I would say it's that common cold or the kid always having a runny nose or sleep or energy or just aches and pains like growing pains. So Denise said, well, hey, let's let's get together and write this book for parents.
These are common things we can put together a quick little e-book. And the other concern that parents have is how do I use them? Where do I put them? How much do I use? Do I need to dilute them?
All of that. So we've answered all of those in a book that we created a free ebook for parents, and I'll have a link in the show notes. And I thought it would just be kind of fun for us to walk through the book a little bit since you are so knowledgeable and know the research and the benefits. I have to say, I love the book. Honestly, when I saw the book, I got a little sneak peek.
I said, oh my gosh, you've hit all of the key points, everything you said, how to use it, how much to use it, when to use it. It's the perfect reference guide for parents. I think it's the best one I've seen because it comes out of a real experience. And Denise is, as you said, so knowledgeable. She makes it so easy. She doesn't overcomplicate things. And you did a great job. It's beautiful. And it's beautifully laid out. So when your audience opens up the book, It's just a, it's a splash of color and it's so inviting.
And I think sometimes, you know, like books about health can be intimidating, right? Am I going to be able to understand this? Is it over my head? I don't want to feel stupid.
No, it's just, it's just right there. You don't have to hunt for it. It just tells you what to do. I love it.
Well, that's the, the layout and everything. I give credit to Alison Fasoletto. She is an amazing designer and she was really paid attention to everything that I wanted in the book and how I wanted it to be presented and all that. And she just made it happen. She's brilliant. So we go through in the book, the first thing I wanted to address, number one thing, because it affects everybody, kids or adults, is sleep. I say it's the foundation. It is.
And so tell us a little bit about the Serenity Sleep System and the benefits of that and how it works. Is it over time? Is it right away? Yeah. So both and, which is really amazing.
One of the things that doTERRA addressed, which I was surprised about, is their brand new soft gels. So every aspect of health now is presented with a system because I think sometimes when you have a problem, you have to attack it from different aspects of your body, you know, and you're going to get faster results. so the serenity soft gels have an extract in them from the tart cherry which has been well studied to help people actually fall asleep and stay asleep and i love that because the serenity oil when used for that 90 days over time is going to develop a good circadian rhythm for you which we know is important for you know waking up at the same time and going to bed at the same time is really important for the body. So, you know, picking your time and, you know, no judgment,
whatever it is, just try to get your family and yourself. It doesn't have to be the same clock, but get them on a clock where they're waking up about the same time, falling asleep about the same time. The oil, you know, diffusing serenity oil at night is going to help with that. But the serenity soft gels. And if you have a kid who's young, who can't swallow a pill, you can take a pin and poke a hole in the soft gel and squeeze out the liquid and have them, you know, just put it in their mouth. They can spit out the, you know, the capsule if they want. And then, you know, drink a little water and that'll get into the system just as easily. But that's going to actually put them to sleep. So I've noticed that within five to 10 minutes of taking that soft gel,
you really feel very, very drowsy. This is going to be really, really important, Carrie, because a lot of parents, I cannot tell you how many parents are giving their kiddos melatonin at night. Oh yeah. And their, their go-to is mel, everybody says, Oh, try melatonin, try melatonin. You know, it's interesting. I always say like when doTERRA doesn't do something that's super popular, I ask myself why, because it would be easy to jump on the bandwagon.
Right. And the two things that stand out most profoundly for me are CBD oil that they won't touch and melatonin. So my question is, well, why not? It would be easy money to make, right? Just throw it in one of your supplements. But the research is showing that when you take a hormone like melatonin, which is a hormone, your body is very efficient. So it won't make what it doesn't need. And so if you're taking it, then your ability to produce melatonin on your own decreases, which means that you're constantly needing to increase melatonin.
And, you know, I don't want to get into all the side effects, but it's not the best way for you to deal with a hormone in your body. What you want to do is work on what they call precursors. So what are the things that actually trigger your body's natural ability to do what it needs to do? That's the zone we want to stay in.
We want to stay in the precursor zone. We don't want to like just throw the end result, if you will, at the problem. And that's what doTERRA does. So the tart cherry juice is going to help you fall asleep naturally.
And there's tryptophan that's actually going to be created, which is a precursor to melatonin. So it starts the chain of events, if that makes sense. And there's also this really cool stick, which I love because I think sticks are just easy to use. It's almost like a deodorant stick, you know, if you can imagine a deodorant stick.
it's coconut oil based but it's hard it's not oiling greasy and you that has valerian in it and that's going to help you also feel sleepy and you can like wake up in the middle of the night you just take that stick put it back on you'll go right back to sleep so the idea is easy non-toxic no side effects and how young can we use the the gels and or diffuse the oils or use the stick? I always say like up until the age of four, you know, we, we try not to introduce things that kids have to swallow for a couple of reasons. I think sometimes we feel like we're just going to throw pills at things. And that can be true in the natural world too.
A child's body is really, really developing rapidly until the age of four. And so the less we have to intervene, I think is better. So I like oils for kids one through four. I love the sticks one through four. Use those as much as you want. You don't have to worry about like overdoing it. To be honest with you, one to two drops of an essential oil is so strong.
You know, you wouldn't want to put 20 drops of oil. You just, you naturally would say this is too much, but the rule of thumb is, you know, one to four drops every two hours. You know, That's just a general boundary. It's not a hard, fast rule. And then I saw you grab a roll-on. Roll-ons, you can roll on all day long. They're diluted. We have a whole kid's kit of roll-ons. And that's why they're put there. The sticks, the roll-ons, they're so mild. They're so gentle. And kids will gravitate to these. They'll pick them up. They'll want to use them.
um so again easy cost effective and safe yeah right those are the the the boxes we want to check off when it comes to parenting i don't want to add anything to a parent's life where they're worried about calling poison control or measuring out dosages this is supposed to be easy and so it is easy once a kid hits four i think you know whatever's needed do whatever you need to do They need to take a soft gel, you know, and of course do some digging.
Why are they not sleeping? Is it like too much sugar at night? Is it that they're worried about some, somebody, something, you know, is it? Yeah.
That's what we talk about here at No Problem Parenting. Step one, seek first to understand why is my child behaving the way they are? So we get to the root of that first. Okay.
So number one, I wanted to get sleep in there because it's so important for parents and for kids when people aren't sleeping. It's everybody's crappy. right? And then there's that spiral effect and there's more problems that, you know, we end up having to solve. But then the next thing that we put into this free ebook is MetaPower Mom. It is, okay, oxygen mask on mom first, on parent first. And so this is for moms that aren't feeling their best. They're maybe have brain fog or they're depleted in energy and they're, you know, feeling bloated or just can't get off that baby weight or are going into menopause, right? Right. So tell us a little bit about MetaPower and because it's a fairly new product, right? Yeah, it's a new product. However, it's been in use now for two years and the results are amazing. I love the fact that this restores the mom or the dad to who they were before they became a parent. And I don't mean that parenting does irreparable damage or that it's a bad thing,
but we all know that lack of sleep, not taking care of yourself, not prioritizing things the way you used to, maybe falling off an exercise routine or not being able to handle one at all is going to have an effect. This system fills in a lot of those gaps. We still want you to move. We still want you to sleep.
We still want you to take time for yourself. But the metapower is really there to balance your body systems. And it's doing great. You know, we're so many good results with that.
And it's just like waking up and starting to feel like your old self again is kind of nice. It's so interesting that you say that because along with the sachet that you can add just in your morning drink, my morning water, I put it in, but also the electrolytes, the best. I take an electrolyte sometimes twice a day, a little packet, and they come in liquid. I love it so much.
Yeah, you can throw it in your pocket, in your purse. You can, and you just shake it, pour it in a glass of water. And I literally, for me, it's about aches and pains. Like I can feel stiff and I drink that electrolyte and it's like, oh my gosh, my knees don't hurt.
My hands don't hurt. My back doesn't hurt. What's going on? By the way, parents listening in this ebook, there are links directly on the page to bring you right to the product to learn more.
So let's just run through the last few. We have the immunity, essential immunity system. Yes. Something you can do every day to help your kids stay strong.
And when everybody else is out of school, everybody else is out of work. You're going to see your kids are going to school. Your spouse is going to work. You're going to work.
You feel strong. It's wonderful. because they're just using them on a regular basis and not waiting for something to go wrong or to feel right it's very proactive and I say every day you know you have to do this every day but you're going to be glad you did I love it and then the next thing we put in there is all about digestive health right I mean how many of us are dealing with tummy aches with kids oh yeah and it could be emotional tummy aches it can be physical tummy aches it can be food too much sugar and you can use these products every day like again proactively but they're also there for that you know first aid emergency use there and how many times do you have a kid with a stomach ache and the last thing they want to do is take something internally right right the essential oils can be used topically over the tummy and they work just as fast just as well and there's no swallowing needed. Like that to me was a miracle because you don't want to eat something when you feel sick to your stomach. It's so good. So good. And so from that, then I'll segue into,
let's talk about calming and focus and school. So I think a lot of times kids are anxious. They're dealing with a lot of other kids' behaviors in the school, more so probably now than ever. and having, you know, all the nerves and everything.
And so doTERRA actually has a product called PB Assist and PB Restore. Can you tell us about those? Yeah, so those are in our digestive category, but they are microbiome products. So they're going to help with everything.
They're going to help with digestion, but they're also going to help with like eyesight and they're going to help with your skin and they're going to help with your mood and they're going to help with your immune system. So we could do a whole program on what the microbiome actually is and how it works. Yes. And you know what, Keri?
We're going to do that. We want to run through this book, but it's hard to run through it. But when you get to your beautiful section on calming, you really picked the best products because you have adaptive for diffusing, calming, focusing. And then you have the adaptive capsule, which raises GABA, which is really good for calming and focusing, but then you have three really cool roll-ons in there. And I love that they all have different scents, super mint, in tune and adaptive are all very different smelling. So you can literally like almost like lollipops, right? Stick out these oils and say to your kid, which one do you like better? Take that one to school. And one of the things I loved about the roll-ons is it's not weird. If your kid takes out a roll-on, it looks like a lip gloss, or it looks like a perfume stick or it looks like one of the anything like the teachers don't care. Their friends don't care. You know, when they start taking out essential oil bottles and dripping oils, then people go, what is that? Right. But if you get out a roll on, nobody cares. They're really fun.
A lot of the kids love them. They're slick, quick and easy way to get the oils on. And they're not getting them on their fingers, which I also love. Yeah, they're not. You don't have to worry about of touching their eyes or anything like that. Then the next thing that we have in this ebook is all about growing pains and helping to support our little athletes. Yeah. So between the electrolytes and our deep blue line, which is really about muscles, bone health, stretching, reinforcing, you know, making the child stronger, all natural. Like I said, and Denise Schwindeman, two athletes there, you know, her son was a bowler. Her daughter played volleyball and, uh, still does amateur volleyball player, professional volleyball player. My son played football. My daughter's a thrower, um, at the collegiate level. She also played volleyball and basketball. And I can say we had lots of injuries, blown out ankles, um, you know, shoulder pain, back pain.
and we just we just threw oils at it you know well and the thing is is that it's helping in the every day after a really big workout and before a workout yes right just to apply that deep blue again it's a stick so he doesn't get his hands he does not like to touch the oils personally he just he doesn't like touching them right the roll-ons and the stick are so easy and it's just sort of like preparing for the big workout and or recovering from the big workout.
Exactly. But also those aches and pains as our kids grow, all really good stuff. Finally, we do in the ebook, we talk about all the different roll-ons that are specifically diluted, safe for kids. They're gentle on delicate skin, I guess is what we say, right? Very much so.
Now, the other thing though, is we include in this ebook, how to use the oils, all the different ways. You don't even have to put them on you. If you don't want to, you can diffuse them into the air. You can take them internally or topically. We go through that. And then we also talk a little bit about how to make your own roller bottles. So if you want like a specific scent, we have instructions for how to, how to create your own kids like to do that as well.
And then just also some basic safety tips. Yeah, you really, like I said, I think it's a perfect book. You've covered everything. Just as a little aside about making your own roll-ons, every Girl Scout troop, every grade school fair, when I would set up a table and I put roll-ons out and some oils, the kids, boys, girls, didn't matter, would literally run. And they were so excited to smell the different oils and make their own, I call it perfume with a purpose.
I love that. For them, it just makes them feel good. They don't understand the science behind it. But for the parent, they know that it's scientifically valid and that it is documented to be effective.
And so you get the best of both worlds. They have fun and you feel confident. Yeah, I love it. And there are things to pay attention to.
Like we don't want to be putting citrus oils on exposed skin to the sun and things like that. So we do want to do our research. We do want to be informed. And that's why I'm so happy to be connected with you, Carrie, as just a wealth of knowledge and an amazing resource to be connected with Denise.

Yeah, I love it. He was turned from skeptic to actually being part of your company. Oh, yeah. Now my husband left his job to do doTERRA full time and travels around the world talking to people about essential oils.
And if you had told that to me 20 years ago, I would have said you were crazy.
